Here is a bag decorated for a local Meals on Wheels type food provider in Colorado Springs called Project Angel Heart. I’ve joined the volunteers decorating these bags in which multiple days of food are delivered and stored in the freezer of vulnerable recipients. Many vulnerable people I have met receive these meals and express tremendous gratitude for them.
The original organization began in California by Marianne Williamson to provide meals for those suffering from aids in it’s early days and has since continued to provide for a wider circle of medically challenged people. Inspiration from that meal service in California and its success led to the founding of this meal service in Colorado
Thanks to Marianne Williamson for her service to humanity. I have seen it at work in miraculous ways. May many actions of the human heart lead us all, light up the world and bring peace and joy to everyone.
