This week went unexpectedly with good developments and some set backs.
On the 18th, when I experienced some disappointments, I headed to the park to cure myself with a walk. What the walk didn’t heal, these beauties did. I see white pelicans very rarely in Colorado.
I missed an airline flight for the first time maybe ever. The plane was still there but my seat was given to someone else when I arrived.
Like one of those European garden gnomes traveling the country-side in place of the owner, my lucky suitcase got to explore the San Diego airport without me. I just went to collect my adventurous traveler this evening.
The most important event took place however. The wedding went on as planned and my heart is with my family. Logistics in my travel plans might have gone haywire but my heart is full, and my suitcase enjoyed its adventure.
