Above is a photo taken in Colorado Springs (Not created with AI.) I feel I and every actual traditional photographer will need to add that to every photo taken for the rest of our lives.
On a lighter note, regarding this week…
Yay Olympics! Grateful for the pure determination, artistry and skill on display.
Unrelated, I’ve added Tai Chi to my workout routine. This is now added to calisthenics, yoga, and an insane numbers of steps at my job each work day. (Daily steps range from 9,000 for 8 hours shifts to 1,700 when I work double shifts.)
To feel I am in better shape makes me excited to do the Manitou incline trail again. I had to stop mid way up the first attempt and I am determined to get up the entire thing. Soon, that will happen. Maybe the Olympics rekindled my enthusiasm.
It is hard to describe a feeling of renaissance of this time. The problems, successes, relationships, accomplishments, failures insecurities, and hopes are all still there…
And yet also unexplainable optimism. Life is good. From here the world heals.
